Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made in the game Floor Is Lava, operated by Mad Chaos Software. Web purchases are sold and processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Purchases made inside the Android app are processed by Google Play.

1.Digital products

All purchases in the Game are digital products — a premium upgrade, an ad-removal upgrade, and packs of in-game coins. These are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment.

2.General policy

Because digital items are delivered instantly and coins may be used (consumed) right away, purchases are generally non-refundable once the item has been delivered or used. Before buying, please review the item description and price.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer-protection laws that apply to you. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to, you are entitled to a remedy as required by law.

3.When we will provide a refund

We will review refund requests and provide a refund or other appropriate remedy where:

You were charged but the item was not delivered to your account;
You were charged more than once for the same item in error;
The item is faulty or materially not as described;
A refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law or your local consumer law;
The purchase was unauthorised — for example, made by a child without the account holder's permission (see Section 5).

4.How to request a refund

Contact us at teleninovski@hotmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order or receipt number (from the email Paddle or Google sends you), the item purchased, and the reason for your request. For web purchases you may also contact Paddle directly, as the Merchant of Record, via the help link on your receipt. For Android purchases, refunds may also be requested through Google Play.

5.Unauthorised or accidental purchases

If a purchase was made without your authorisation, or accidentally, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you and the relevant payment processor to resolve it fairly.

6.Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by the relevant payment processor (Paddle or Google). Processing times depend on the processor and your bank, and are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
