Floor Is Lava Free Coins: Every Bonus Reward System
Beyond pickups from green platforms, Floor Is Lava hands out free coins through five separate systems: a daily login reward, a 7-day streak bonus, a comeback gift for lapsed players, a once-daily 2× coins boost, and a Mystery Box. All of them are free — no purchase required — but each one works differently, so here's exactly how to claim every one of them.
What each system does
Daily Login Bonus. Signed-in accounts get a claimable reward every calendar day, on a repeating 7-day cycle: Day 1 pays 50 coins, climbing to Day 7's 500 coins plus a free 1-day Coin Doubler. Miss a day and your streak resets to Day 1 — it doesn't just pause. The cycle then loops indefinitely, so Day 8 pays 50 again, Day 14 pays 500 + the doubler again, and so on. Premium Bundle owners get double the listed coin amount on every claim (Premium already grants a permanent 2× multiplier elsewhere, so the Day 7 Coin Doubler item itself is skipped for Premium owners — it would be redundant).

7-Day Streak Bonus. This rides on the same login streak as the Daily Login Bonus above, but it's an extra payout, not a replacement — hit a streak that's an exact multiple of 7 (day 7, 14, 21...) and you get a further +100 coins on top of that day's normal reward, plus a one-day-only 25%-off deal on the Pocket Sack coin pack ($1.99 down to $1.49 for 2,700 coins).
Comeback Bonus. A free "welcome back" gift for accounts that have been away a while — no purchase and no streak required. It checks the gap since your last login and scales with how long you were gone: 14-29 days away pays 300 coins, 30-59 days pays 750 coins, and 60+ days pays 1,500 coins. It's shown once per day at most, so it won't nag you on every login after you're back.
2× Coins boost. A once-per-day button that doubles your coin earnings, activated by watching a short rewarded ad. It only lasts for your very next run, not a fixed amount of time — start a run and it's consumed, win or lose. Premium Bundle owners get this 2× rate permanently and automatically, with no ad required, so the claim button is replaced with a note that it's already always active.
Mystery Box. A second once-per-day ad-gated claim, separate from the 2× Coins button, that opens a weighted random prize. The real reward table has seven possible outcomes: 50 coins (40% chance), 150 coins (25%), a 1-day Coin Doubler (10%), 300 coins (10%), 5 bonus Story-mode hearts (5%), 3 free revives good for that day only (5%), and a 5% jackpot of 10× Lava Ship power-ups. The in-game popup text only advertises the coin tiers and the jackpot — the Coin Doubler, bonus hearts, and free-revives outcomes aren't mentioned in that popup, but they're genuinely part of the live prize pool.
How to claim each one
- Open the app once a day while signed in — the Daily Login Bonus claim appears automatically; tap Claim Reward.
- Keep logging in daily to build your streak. Every 7th day, a separate Streak Bonus pop-up offers its +100 coins and the Pocket Sack discount — claim or use the store link before it expires that day.
- If you've been away 14+ days, the Comeback Bonus pop-up appears on your next login — tap Claim Gift.
- From the home screen, use the 2× Coins button and watch the short ad, then start your next run to use the boost.
- Use the Mystery Box button and watch its ad to open one box per day.
Tips
- Don't miss a single day if you're chasing Day 7's 500-coin + Coin Doubler payout — any missed day resets you back to Day 1.
